We are extremely excited to get the next LFC (Louisa Futbol Club) soccer season underway. LFC is now heading into our 3^rd year as a registered VYSA Travel Soccer Club and with the continued growth, seek to add younger teams to our program. If you are a boy or girl between the ages of 10-17 and think you’ve got what it takes to be a committed travel soccer player, then come join the club!

TRYOUT SCHEDULE for U12-U14, U15-U18
SATURDAY, MARCH 28^TH  @ JOUETT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL from 2-6pm
SUNDAY, MARCH 29^TH  @ JOUETT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL from 2-6pm
(NOTE: Sunday has been reserved in case additional time is required for player evaluations)

TRYOUT CRITERIA
PLEASE BRING THE FOLLOWING: (1) soccer ball (2) cleats (3) NOCSAE approved shin guards (4) water bottle

Tryouts will be designed to determine the players who possess the best technical skills, make the best tactical decisions, are in the best physical condition, and possess the best attitude toward teammates, coaches and the game of soccer.

COACHES CRITERIA
TECHNICAL – passing, receiving, shooting, dribbling, heading
TACTICAL – decision-making on the field, knowledge of the game
PHYSICAL – speed, strength, endurance, agility
MENTAL – attitude, effort, coachable

At the conclusion of tryouts all player evaluations will be graded and reviewed by the LFC Coaches. Those Footballers selected/chosen to play for any Louisa FC team will be contacted directly by the Coaches & Staff.

Please be prepared for a challenging and fun tryout weekend. We strongly urge everyone to be on time and be ready to go with a positive attitude.

DATES:  Monday, March 9^th AND Thursday, March 12^th
TIME:  6:00pm -8:00pm
WHERE:  LCHS out in front of the Lion’s Den – a LFC staff member will be present
WHO:  Anyone who has not yet turned in kits

REMINDER:  Parent signature required  Note:  You are to return the Blue Jersey & Shorts, Black Jersey & Shorts, LFC Sweatshirt & YOU CAN KEEP YOUR SOCKS!

**If you are unable to meet on these two days then we ask that you contact RJ Harding or Carrie Withers no later than WEDNESDAY, 3/11 to make accommodations.
