LFC U18 Boys Postseason Playoffs

LFC Parents and Players

The U18 Boys regular season is complete in the High School Classic Boys Division 1 and we now have the seedings for the Postseason Playoffs singulair over the counter. The semifinals of the Postseason Playoffs have been scheduled as follows: This is also posted onto the Skyline website.

Saturday, Oct 31 at 2:00 PM at Booster Park #1 Louisa U18 Boys v. Orange Fire U18 Boys

The winners of the semifinals will play in the Championship Match and the losers will play in the Consolation Match. The higher seed will host those games.

We will schedule the Final and Consolation games on the weekend of November 7/8. Rainouts could cause a postponement to November 14/15.

These matches can not end in ties. If the games are tied at the end of regulation, two full overtimes of 5 minutes each are to be played (No Golden Goal or Sudden Death, both overtime periods must be played). If the tie is not broken at the end of the second overtime period, FIFA penalty kicks will be used to determine a winner.

Thanks for your efforts this season and best of luck in your match.

Thank You

3rd Annual Zombie Soccer Scrimmage

ZOMBIE SOCCER SCRIMMAGE III

LFC Parents and Players,

This Thursdays practice has been mutilated and buried. Instead of the same normal practice night… It has transformed itself into the Zombie Soccer Scrimmage!

(Thursday October 29th @ LCHS, Track field, 6-8pm)

To participate in the annual Zombie Scrimmage, all players must be dressed for their doom. Have your faces painted scary…like zombies, skulls, ghost, ghouls or anything else horrifying. (Please, No Masks) You can even dress the part but make sure you are able to run and play without any restrictions. You can wear normal soccer gear or throw on a junky T-shirt or an old flannel with holes. Just about anything with a torn and tattered look will work. Just make sure you are Spooky & Scary!

Parents please make the necessary arrangements so that players can participate in the Zombie Scrimmage. We will have snacks, hot dogs, candy and some Blood punch or Zombie juice for refreshments. (We are also looking for any volunteers to help out with cooking hot dogs, buns, or a small grill would be greatly appreciated.) Everyone attending should bring a bag of Halloween treats for the kids!

As always, Parents & siblings are welcome to participate. Please remember to bring chairs and any additional beverages for your family.

Please contact Coach RJ directly (by Thurs.) to volunteer to bring snacks, hot dogs, buns, condiments, chips, drinks, grill, etc…

Thanks,

LFC Coaches & Staff
